Thread: Crypto Airdrops

  1. Crypto Airdrops

If anybody wants to jump on the crypto currency bandwagon and get notified of crypto airdrops (free coins), there is a small group of us on Telegram (about 20):

There is no spam and it is simply a group of us finding and posting links to airdrops. There have been some decent drops recently, Hydro £450, Rebl £600 etc, but bear in mind there is some rubbish too - i recently got an airdrop of 2 Trx!!

This isn't for everybody, but i enjoy doing it and who knows, it may turn out to be a goldmine or a sack of spuds, but airdrops will not cost you a penny.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Ha! Sorry. It's cryptocurrency ie Bitcoin (you MUST have heard about that!) However, there are more cryptocurrencies that just Bitcoin. There are lots of companies and initiatives trying to get started in crypto.

A lot of companies start an ICO (initial coin offering) to raise funds - just like stocks and shares. Another part of their initiave is airdrops - or giving you free coins (shares). But bear in mind some are scams, some will fail, but some will succeed.

But it's free, the only thing it takes up is time. OK, from the bottom up, to get your free coins:

    • Your coins need a wallet to be stored in.
    • Most coins will need an Eth (Ethereum) wallet address or what's known as Erc20.

You can get a free wallet from:

and follow the instructions carefully (it's very easy).

Then when you sign up for the free coins you give the same wallet address for each airdrop - keeps it very simple. But here is a video to show you how to do it, step by step:

That's your wallet set up. All you need to do now is find airdrops (or join the telegram group where i post them) and register for the drop. Sit back and you will get free coins.

This isn't for everybody, but i enjoy doing it and who knows, it may turn out to be a goldmine or a sack of spuds, but airdrops will not cost you a penny.

Bit of a ponzi scheme if you ask me, the only value there is in any Crypto Currency is the purchase offer made by a seller.

They have no intrinsic value or anything behind them to give them a floor, other than the desire from others and their relative scarcity, all you are doing is buying a string of numbers.

However, please note I am able to provide unique 10 character hexadecimal strings at half the price of something more expensive, if anyone is interested (some duplication may happen). As an introductory offer I will refund half your purchase price if you buy more than 1000.

They will be called **yournamehere**coin, Obviously I canít tell you the price until I know demand, but you know Iím good for it, Iím even using TSB as my bank to reassure you, although the initial, transfer needs to be via Western Union as they only accept cash at the moment.

  8. As i said there a LOT of scams out there, but to say they have no value or real world use is wrong; you can use BTC to make real world purchases already.

One example use is that there are currently blockchain casinos in development, one in particular headed up by a UK team who's CEO was a software developer and CEO William Hill. Their coin will be used to gamble ie slots, cards, roulette etc. And as well as trying to get major betting companies involved worldwide, should you have enough tokens yourself, you can open your own casino from your bedroom! The draw of blockchain gambling is that it is provably fair thus removing the house edge.

The dream is that you get in your driverless car, tell it where you want to go, you arrive at your carpark and you say "3 hours using x coin", you do your shopping, buy your coffee with x coin etc.

Crypto is very much in it's infancy, it may fall on it's a$$ or it's a good time to get into it.

There's one or two at my work who have invested, one in particular purchased 17 BC when they were a $1000 in value. He was quite excited near last Xmas where the value of BC meant he could pay his new mortgage off in a heartbeat.....before it all came crashing down and he remarked, 'I could probably pay for my car at least...'

I looked into this BC mining lark but it looks like there isn't anything left there. You have quite a few in Asia who have entire warehouses stacked with these mining machines (think row upon row of repurposed graphics cards driven towards one task - mining for BC). Some reports I've read state that the real money in BC was scooped out a while back, now it's some sort of ponzi scheme.

Busby.. good to hear you are also a charitable recipient of cheque donations only to Chieftain Amazuliuan's Spiritual Healing..
This can be shrunk down to its initials as its a bit long to hand write on a cheque.
