Also managed to get some fairy kit working, the structural distortion "rudder" test circuit moving the rudder by the autostab system.

We also spent the 100th anniversary of RAF assembling our 1200 ltr external tanks from the piece parts we had. Adour transit stands do have secondary uses! They will be perpared and painted when summer decides to appear!

The airframe needs some attention on the brake and wheels, plus the sorting out of some ground equipment so we can fuel the frame (Gravity via F1) and tow her out to do the first idle runs. We also have sorted insurance as well , bar an audit visit.

Just encase you have any probs with the droppers? eg: float switches etc. The Jag at Norwich (hidden away)
behind the hideous council building. The 2 tanks on her are brand knew and were in primer and were painted up before fitted to the Jag on Colt last Gate Guard.
I took them there (the floats hhl and llf were always a prob as we know)
Any probs? We can sort it

Not using the droppers for fuel, nor F2,3,4 or the RVs mate. Front group only as that is all we need. F4 is a no, no with the engines and it has leaks from it anyway. F3 will be dry for the same reason and F2 is linked to F3 as the centre group. Wing is shot as well for fuel. Front group is enough for our use and will cost enough to fill up anyway.

ILLKC may turn up and do his take on this, but on Saturday 15th December2018 Jaguar XX741 managed to get both engines running in full reheat and then went for a little stroll.
