Just pointed at this on another forum.
Thought it was really good, considering films of games normally suck.

Can't see it but - if it's either the museum footage, or the ''Arms Race'' they're promos for the game, as opposed to the much touted Halo Movie. Which is in PRE-Production

It is none of the 4 movies viewable on Live.
It is a little clip which looks like it should be something to do with the Halo movie, although I don't know, it was just a Youtube clip posted up.
It is called last one standing and looks like it was shown/sponsored by the Discovery Channel.

Halo 3 is probably the only thing that makes me want to get an X Box 360.
I played the 1st two games on the original X Box and they were the reason Master Masher got the said Box of X one birthday!
I want the PS3 for the new grand theft and gran turismo. Looks like Sony are doing the usual though and releasing the games later than advertised.
Question is can I justify shelling out money for an XBox 360 just for one game?
This is when having a close relative is really useful if they have a 360! Guess what I'll be playing this weekend? :PDT_Xtremez_14:

PS3 is in the shops but Gran Turismo 5 isnt due out until March next year.

Yeah, but my favouritest game in the whole wide world is Gran Turismo!!!!
I've had all the others so I MUST have the next one.

No. You will need a memory card though. I haven't got round to getting a Hard Drive yet.

Get a pre owned one from Gamestation. I traded in my gamecube and a load of games and paid about £100 for my full package.

Did anyone see the spot on ITV news this morning about the launch of Halo3 ? They are saying this "game" will make more in one day than the average film makes from it's premiere's
It was a very good looking game from the footage they showed though.
I can't view the clip at the start (IGS) but is it possible that it's pre-launch footage for the launch of Halo 3 ?

As mentioned, you can go buy a 360 and Halo 3 right now for less than you would pay for a PS3, then you would have to wait for a decent game to come out.
Also, unless your TV is a true 1080P flat panel with a HDMI input, save your money and just get a normal Premium Xbox, the only differences are the Elite is black, has a larger HDD (which is going to be sold seperately anyway), has a HDMI out and, um, is black. Thats it.
Right, Blockbusters is open, Halo 3 is calling, see you later :)

I saw some sad to$$er on the news yesterday who had bought a copy of halo 3 on ebay for £80-odd quid just because he wanted it a few days early.
