Doing our normal "Tesco" shop earlier today and the kids saw a 2 man tent, in which they said they could sleep in the garden......for only £3 i thought OK....

Got it home...put it up and they got it all ready for tonight......my daughter then arranges a sleepover at a friends house so thats son on his own in the tent.

My wife went out to get my daughters stuff out and laid down to test it out (she has a bad back and so likes hard surfaces)......well that was about 1 hour 30 mins ago and i reckon she's fallen asleep.....might be a quiet night for me !

Question is, do I wake her up or leave her and just lock the doors when i go to bed ?

Best £3 i spent in a long time !!

Do you even need to ask? Leave her alone and when she starts having a go tell her that you were thinking of her back and how she deserved a nice restful sleep. :PDT_Xtremez_30:

and waste my £3 never !!! (I've been in scotland a few years now....tight as fook)

I know she is in there cause my son woke her up :PDT_Xtremez_25:

So now he is in bed and Daughter who's sleepover was cancelled is now in tent with wife....and they are staying in it all night......what a result............I just hope she REALLY likes it and will stay out there permanently !!!

Tashy, did you get this tent at a normal tesco or was it a metro/extra type store??

I believe they have them at Thetford.

Of course that costs more in petrol for a return trip than the tent does!!

Mrs M, got it in Elgin and it is now a Tesco Extra.....seems to do all manner of stuff at el cheapo prices.

I take it the one in KL is still a "normal" tesco's :-(

Yes, still a normal one but i think the one in dereham is a huge extra type one.
