I know with a title like this it should probably be in the cooks forum, but here goes.
The other day a work I was a bit put out, when one of me drones called me a loafer. Now I can graft like there is no tomorrow and was a bit miffed by this. The boy replied that what he meant was that as I had done a Fitter's course I was a member of LOAF (League Of Aircraft Fitters).
I've been in a few years now and have never heard of this LOAF thingy. Is there such a thing? Maybe the Appo's have such a 'play' group?

Never heared of this loaf thing either!

As for you grafting like there is no tomorrow, remember I have worked with you, and whist I pride myself on being lazy, you budgie are in a different league. Fu*k me you would make a ginger bloke called Dave look dynamic.

The appo thing mostly concerns goats and paint though.

Lazy and Sausage, what a marriage!:PDT_Xtremez_15:
As for Dave looking dynamic! When was this? His flight home?

Perhaps you've all never heard of LOAF because it stands for the League Of Armament Fitters, indeed I've still got my orginal membership card somewhere. However I've not heard it mentioned in a number of years, due to the death of the DE:PDT_Xtremez_30: I guess. It was started by a certain "animal" armourer at TAS in the 90's. It seems to be dying out and now ancillary trades trying to steal it, perhaps this should be linked to the dying traditions thread.

Budgie....Oh Dear,

Unfortunately, I think, you've just been proven to be a little bit slower-witted than the culprit, who you nearly caught talking behind your back!

Or is it that he is possibly a little quicker-witted than you?

Downsizer is indeed correct. We did at Odiham however (Or at least on 27) turn it into the League of Aircraft Fitters due to the lack of Armourers and the vast number of D.E's, Mech/Techs and Appo's.

Just remember though - The Armourers thought of it first............
