Ay up,
Any chance one of you could please post/pm me with a recipe for salsa, something with a kick but not too hot! Hubbie has decided that he must make one for a bbq.
Ta in advance

Never heard of google? :PDT_Xtremez_09:

They're easy to make anyway, a classic one is basically just a mixture of chopped tomatoes (roasted or fresh), some chilli, chopped red or white onion, some garlic, olive oil, and a splash of wine vinegar. Fry it all off for about 2 or 3 mins but don't overcook it.
Add whatever you like to that, some tabasco, fresh coriander or basil, roasted red peppers, whatever floats your boat.
Blitz it very quickly (one or 2 pulses) in a processor for chunky style, or longer for a smooth one.
Have a good barbecue.
(Sorry to answer on behalf of chefs by the way, but I'm not sure we have any on here. Except for Barry the Brummie, and to him salsa is "foreign muck"!)
