As a disgruntled Chelsea, I'd just like to extend my congratulations to all scousers. I thought Liverpool deserved to win before penalties as they gave Chelsea very few chances to create anything. The offside was a bit dubious, but nonetheless, Liverpool had plenty of other chances where they gave the blues a run for their (large amount) of money.

I just hope Liverpool beat Milan in the final after they wipe the smirk off Ferguson's face tonight.

I'm not bitter at all!!

"You are right, the best team lost,....ha, ha, ha!"

As a Nottingham Forest fan, I will always have a soft spot for Liverpool, and have regularly been heard cheering them on - my ex to be is a 'pool supporter.
One night in May again? I think so. With the magical "never say die" attitude of Stevie G, (who would make a far better England Captain than John Terry IMHO!!) - how can they not lift the cup for a 6th time??

Would love to see them meet Milan in the final - good luck to them!!!!!

And Chelsea were played off the field last night - Jose's comments - hmm.... not a sore loser at all is he?? Guess Chelsea will be looking for a new manager then....................:PDT_Xtremez_31:

After being at the match last night there is only one thing I have to say to all you Chelsea fans out there in Goat land

"FCUK OFF CHEALSEA FC, YOU AIN'T GOT NO HISTORY
5 EUROPEAN CUPS AND 18 LEAGUES
THATS WHAT WE CALL HISTORY"

Banner outside the Salisbury "Like our history this banner was made by us, not bought for us"

Quality line. I notice there was a lack of Chelsea banners and flags last night. Obviously no one to hand them out as the fans came in like at the Bridge eh!!!!!!

Noticed on the telly last night that there was the odd 1 or 2 chelsea fans waving a flag, pity that they were that saddo's who must have taken them home after last weeks game. Ah well at least they have a nice reminder of a wonderful night.

Who needs we're going to Wembley sung to us when we're off to Athens & don't worry we'll be seeing plenty of Wembley next season now that the blues & scum are going to warm it up for us.

What's going to make my night tonight, the scum to win, but Paul Scholes getting booked thus missing his second final - teary ginga **** - priceless! - COME ON YOU REDS:PDT_Xtremez_41:

Trust me, it was mate. Absolutely amazing, best footie experience of my life. FA Cup SF last year was good, but that was bedlam. :PDT_Xtremez_30:
The noise when Chelski were taking their pens was deafening, no doubt in my mind it made 'em choke!

As a follower of a league 2 team it will many years if at all before we can even contemplate this level of football.
Liverpool played well as a unit and Gerrard was awesome, one of his better games, Chelsea played their part in good game for the neutral. Better team won in my view.

Good as the match was though the helicopter crash and the loss of 4 lives casts a dark shadow over events.

Should be a great final.
I personlly can see AC winning it, though they didnt look that great against Cletic, strugglled to finish.
They will use two years ago as a motivation, its more or less the same team. However, we all know how good Liverpool are in Europe. Could go either way but i think AC will edge it. Hope it is another classic.
Liverpool vs Man U in athens would have been a riot surely?

I would have voted, but for the fact that Liverpool v Milan, Milan win wasn't one of the options.
Milan must be pi$$ed after not turning up for the 2nd half in Istanbul, revenge is on it's way.

Hopefully, when Chelsea lose in the FA Cup Final someone will remind Jose of his "If I had won nothing, I would expect to get sacked" comment. What an embarrassment to get knocked out of the semis by a 'little' club ......... AGAIN!

UEFA have confirmed that since 2 english clubs are in 3rd and 4th playoffs for the champions league, the match will be played at wembley. The FA have decided to call it the FA Cup.
