Is JPA up or down at the moment?

Bit of an odd question, but I'm deployed somewhere that has no JPA access at the moment so can anybody tell me if it is up and running again post army 'go-live'? Or are we on limited service or whatever? I need to get some things sorted sharpish on my return soon, leave being one of them. Cheers dudes.

JPA should be up & running as normal for Self Service Users but 'down' from 1200 - 1900 daily this week only for RAF/RN 'professional users'.
