Now the 6 Nations has finished I thought I'd get some opinions on how everyone thinks the Premiership is going to finish up. Who's going finish the season at the top of the league and who's going to win at Twickenham on 12th May. I've got tickets so I'm hopeful of a cherry and white day at HQ.

Hate to say it but it's going to be Leicester, they're looking better than they have for a couple of seasons and they seem to have that old arrogance back.

Did anyone else see the wasps game on sunday V's Irish, Irish were trailing and a fantastic lead up to a try for the winning points was being built, ball offloaded at any opportunity, quick winger (can't remember his name) catches ball surely will score, Dives, looks into crowd with big grin and loads of air, then realises the ball has fallen from his grasp:PDT_Xtremez_42: and winning seems like a distant memory. Oh how i laughed, and laughed and laughed and laughed,

bstards still won with a penalty in the dying moments:PDT_Xtremez_21:

Had some of that arrogance knocked out of them in front of the shed 2 weeks ago mind.

Home advantage is going to be a big factor in the semi's Leicester are very hard to beat at Welford Rd, Glaws won't get that even if they finish in the top 2, going to be a hard game at Ashton gate if we end up playing Bristol at 'Home'.

I don't care....we were the first Guinness champions ner ner ner ner nerrrr!!!!:PDT_Xtremez_30:

Having watched us get tonked by nearly everyone this season, even went to Paris to watch us lose (& San seb last season) I've got to say that the cheating Tigger b'stards were brilliant but so were the inter breeding Glaws buggers!!!!

We'll give the cheating pussy cats a good game tomorrow (my first trip to the mmillenniumm) & then they can concentrate on winning the league & forget about the anglo welsh waste of time!!!

Whoever gets to the final will definitely have deserved it, lets just hope the black & gold pests from Wycombe don't sneak in as they usually do,but I do fancy a long overdue title for Glaws (have to wash my mouth out now!!!!)

Ive got 2 spare tickets for the premiership final on the 12th May, East stand on the 22. There were 10 of us going from work but I've been let down by a couple of light weights, anyone up for the game? just want the face value (even though they are already going for over £100). You'll have to accompany us on a beer marathon before, during and after the game mind.

Good result for Worcester against my beloved Sarries today. Also thanks Tigers (never thought I'd say that!) for beating Wasps.
Now we've got a nice tough game against Glaws...great!
Still, we're only 1 game away from Twickers.

Well done to Sarries for making the semi's, didn't look like they would half way through the season.

Shame it all stops now

Having got rid of all the tickets I had for twickenham tomorrow I have just come by 2 more. I know it's late in the day but if anyone fancies it they're up for grabs. They are £40 tickets on the 22 (east stand) I don't want them to go to waste and I haven't had to pay anything for them so they are free to anyone who wants them.

Just have to get to Twickenham and meet up with those of us already going.

Half time and it looks as if RTW and FOMzie will be crying into their beer:

Glaws 6 Tigers 22.

Random quote from the BBC site that made me smile; "So will it be Red Leicester or Double Gloucester? The ultimate grand battle of the cheeses..."

Are there any other Goaters there?

Just got back, what a rubbish performance by Glaws, it put me right off my cider! Glaws never turned up and Leicesters forwards dominated the ruck and maul giving their backs quality ball going forward.

Well done Leicester they were by far the better side.

I’ve just found my taste for cider again, so off to drown my sorrows.

Poor defence by Glaws. I wonder why the Tweega Bros kept attacking Balshaws defence channel? Oh yeah - he's sh1t in defence. Made worse by an arrogant Leicester fan sitting close to me. Shame he didn't spot The Deacs sitting in front of me until it was too late and he was put in his place. :PDT_Xtremez_28:

Who let The Deacs out??????? who? who? who? who? :PDT_Xtremez_42:

It looked a case of men v boys yesterday. To be honest I don't think it was so much a case of Gloucester playing badly but Leicester not allowing them to put anything together. Tigers did their homework and that was the biggest difference.
Gloucester and Ryan will come back a better team and coach for this.

Playing crash ball wirth light weight centers is never a good plan. Totally leaderless in the first half. Box kicking - WTF? Ball in hand and run boys, its the only way.

Still we're LEAGUE WINNERS (again), that can never be taken away from us. All other domestic competions are cr@p.

League winners without the ability to call yourselves champions.......

Doesnt that make it a pointless claim? :PDT_Xtremez_28:

We have gone down the lines of American sport now, the league is pointless and is just a method of getting into the playoffs. I dont like it - at all ::/: - but we need to concentrate on getting into the top 4 now, leading the table is pointless. That applies to everyone.

Tigers knew they would always be there, did they want to win it? probably!

Did they care that they didnt? Well they still have the silverware.

So it Tigers for the treble - after yesterdays performance Wasps MUST be worried.:PDT_Xtremez_21:

There's nothing I like more than getting Wisps and their 'Fan base' (used very fookin loosly, they're the Man U fans of the rugby world) getting stuffed. I hope Leicester stuff em.
