Anyone going to I30? If so I will see you there. Its always makes for a great pishup and BBQ.

Is this the Newbury thingy? I've been told about, but I'm not sure about going. Do you have to cart everything with you and is security okay?

Well join 3 of us that are going from Lyneham.

The security is excellent and your not allowed into the venue without your security ID that HAS to be work around your neck at all times. Your monitor and your case are both labelled with your ID number thats on your ID, When people leave with kit the security guards check that the ID matches the numbers on the stickers before they let you leave.

I'm afraid that you have to lump your kit all the way to the venue but its worth the hassle. There are beer drinking competitions, stalls showing off new stuff and pub quizzes etc over the weekend to stop you from festering all weekend at your computer. You even get a free internet connection to download files etc for the duration.
