I've just heard that yesterday's Calcutta Cup result has been overturned. It turns out the TMO has an English boyfriend.

Considering most of any day at Twickenham is based around urinating and finding places to do said urinating and the lack of these places and the great number of rozzers who are determined to make me p*ss myself rather than turn a blind eye to me watering a hedge I think they need a bit of a wash...
So does that little compartment where the train carriages join together...

The Scrum fantasy league has started up for the Tri nations. I've created a league (Goaters Anonymous) if anyone fancies putting a team in PM me and I'll send you the PIN.
We can do it just for fun or we could run it so that the losers donate an agreed ammount to the Nick Lock appeal.

I Can't see the IRB allowing the Aussies to bin thier second match against the springboks. If thats the way the Springboks want to play it, the Aussies have two options:
1) Play the Boks at full strength, hopefully getting a good win with no injuries.
or
2) Play the boks at thier own game and rest some of thier own players
It seems to me that Jake White has either still got major selection problems after 2 easy wins over England, and his team didn't perform against the ABs as he wanted. Or he is confident that his full side when available will do the biz and is just looking to rest and choose players to fill the gaps in the squad.

Think it has a lot to do with the injuries they've got and also a bit of psychology, with so many 1st choice players out I think Jake White knows that they are unlikely to win any of the remaining games and that would be a big blow to the morale of the team. He’s opted for the approach that the Tri Nations fixtures do not matter and all he’s looking forward to is the world cup that way his 1st choice players are rested and he can blame the defeats on the weakened “development” squad.
Injured players:
John Smit, Pierre Spies, Juan Smith, Ricky Januarie, Bryan Habana and Fourie du Preez.

:PDT_Xtremez_28:
:PDT_Xtremez_03:
And that was only if I came on at half time!!!
I think the Springboks have the right to pick whichever team they like. However, I cant help but feel it goes against the ethos of representative rugby. To be fair to Jake White, the super 14 teams refused to rest players during that tournament, so this is his only opportunity. Like I said I understand , just dont approve.
Besides its gonna play havoc with my selection policy!!!
(Trivia mode - Springboks is the incorrect plural of Springbok. Its an Afrikaans word and should be pluralised to Springbokken. Springboks was adopted by the then coach to stop English tabloids from labelling the team 'the Myrtles' after their Myrtle green kit. In the same fashion that we have come to know and love the All Blacks.)

Firstly the 'Boks dont take anyone on the away legs with them and now Tuqiri gets himself banned!
FFS!
Just how is the fantasy manager with limited transactions supposed to cope with that?
If I thought it would matter I'd resign in protest, then again that would leave tommo gloating as table topper. That in itself is a good enough reason to stay!:PDT_Xtremez_14:

Me neither FGC. Ex prop, no replacements left, fingers crossed that they pick the blokes I already have in my team .......
Its become a bit of a lottery after South Africa rested thier first team, and several players dropping out just before the game. I get the feeling that even if you both had 5 replacements left you might struggle to cover all the changes with the way things are going, your both going to take some catching, so well done and may the best team win.
