Tried it, wasted many an hour but canned it after about 8 months due to OTT sessions of booze and trying to chat up birds in the inns. My skills were legend in Ashenvale where i puked on the landlady and she threw me on a griffin after passing out. The ******* flew me all the way to the scarlett monastry where the nuns feckin laughed at my small dwarfen cock. How very very dare they.....nuns of bitches!!!

in all honesty got to level 47 but lost touch with a load of people and ended up soloing which became a feckin bore. if anyone fancies getting ****faced and playing then gimme a shout.

One there are no leckies anymore just fairies who can now change bulbs and two how dare you say lesser everybody knows that we've always been brighter than the grease monkeys they allow to be called techies, oh and three we do not play geeky games pretending to have magic powers...we don't need to pretend we have got magic powers...........we must have because i don't understand how i fix half the snags ...it's got to be magic...lol

I tried WoW online but I didnt like it much, think I'm too set in my ways with FFXI. Been playing FF for years, er I mean about a week :PDT_Xtremez_08:

The 10 day WoW free trial thing is still ongoing I think, for any would be geeks amongst you....

I also got bored with it for exactly the same reasons. Athough I didnt stop being a geek completely as I play star wars galaxies a lot. However I'm always up for getting leathered and killing things... oops perhaps I shouldnt say that given my current surroundings!

I bought it when it came out, played the 30 day that came with it, got bored very quickly with all the grinding going on.

I'm a MMOFPS person not a MMORPG person, i like the headshots not the "press the little button".

If it's the money question raising its ugly head (I don't play it because I heard you have to pay to use the servers, I object to paying extra to play a game I've already bought) buy him Vietcong:Purple Haze (also an MMOFPS) and send him to http://www.6thsense.eu Tell him to register and then look online for the 6th Sense servers. They play a coop game that is quite realistic and has absorbed my time on a Friday night until I've seen the sunrise on many an occasion.
