John Nicol is doing a show on talkSPORT now and he has been talking about this. Given the response so far it is overwhelmingly in favour of Julie Lake, any politician worth his money should tap into the general feelings of the nation and tackle the feckless, ferral scumbags and their parents, and make this issue their top priority. This I feel would lead to an overwhelming victory come the next election.

Ok I think a few people have misinterpreted my post, a couple of things I want to make absolutely clear is the little scrotes that did the damage should be locked up and fed on bread and water until they learn some respect! and Mrs Lake should be paraded through the streets like a hero I for one wish there were more people around like her! What I was trying to say was maybe if it wasnt for the fact that the police are drowning in red tape and bureaucracy and having to make these 'arrest targets' we wouldnt have cases like this.

She's quite right and I reckon more ordinary folk should be able to use physical remonstration if forced into it.
