I wonder what the 'other means to secure' the stopping of uranium enrichment are?

Whats the panic? Theres really nothing there, its a govt scam similar to WMD. In fact until I go there myself, I refuse to believe that there is a country called Iran. Are they in the Eurovision Song Contest? No. I rest my case.
