There is an overseas post for CIS Tech Cpl in Lisbon - has anyone got any info on this job?

What the job is, accomodation, location etc...?

The desk were next to useless as usual.

Basically it`s Iberlant. Installing and fixing kit on ships and alsorts.
Accom used to be hirings. I rang the desk to and asked about the Snec slot.
Got the same assistance as you ...

I think it is working for NATO, IT and that. I sure there is no SLA so you get an apartment and not that many Brits. Hope this helps a little

I know there is an IDO slot at IBERLANT for a Sgt, the accomodation is hirings as said before and the LOA was around £1200 per month a few years ago when a mate of mine was there.

i applied for the cpls post coming up in july only to be told to do one by the desk as im OOA in afghan until the begining of july!!! cheers! no reason why just no!!

The Portugal Post, as far as I'm aware, is a little NATO/RAF post in a corner of a military airfield outside Lisbon. Accomodation is in Lisbon. Don't know anything else I'm afraid.
